Valley Resort Deer Valley is located in the Wasatch Mountain Range, about 25 miles outside of Park City. It is known as one of the skiing and snowboarding capitals of the world with 2,200 acres featuring six mountains and over 1,000 inches of snow a year! Deer Valley offers many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and much more. Deer Valley also hosts top music artists that perform at their amphitheater. #2: Red Rock Canyon Red Rock Canyon is located around 40 miles from Las Vegas Nevada on the western side of town. It is free to explore this natural beauty which includes over 100 miles of trails for hiking or biking plus several points along those trails for you to stop and enjoy the scenery! It also has many picnic areas, a scenic drive, two campgrounds as well as several viewpoints where you can see amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip.
#3: Zion National Park Zion National Park contains a diverse landscape that consists of sandstone cliffs, high plateaus, canyons, and natural arches. These striking features are what make this park unique along with all of its glistening colors. From deep reds to pristine whites, it is hard not to become lost in its beauty! There are over 370 miles worth of trails for hiking or biking most of which lead you through some very interesting terrain.
#4: Antelope Island State Park Located in the Great Salt Lake in Davis County, Antelope Island is a 2,000-acre nature preserve that is absolutely beautiful. It features scenic views of the Great Salt Lake and surrounding valleys as well as several hiking trails, a visitor center, wildlife exhibits, beaches, and even bison! There are so many opportunities to explore this state park that it would be impossible to explore everything it has to offer during just one visit!
#5: Deer Creek Golf Course Have you been dreaming of a golf vacation? Deer Creek is the perfect place to put that dream into reality! Located only 30 minutes from Deer Valley Resort, Deer Creek resort offers two championship courses for you to enjoy an amazing golf experience while enjoying beautiful views of Deer Valley!
